Lodermeier’s is working on a project at Huntsinger Farms, building a new grain facility as depicted below. Huntsinger Farms is the world’s largest grower & processor of horseradish! Along with growing horseradish, Huntsinger Farms produces soybeans, corn, and forage crops. The new grain setup will have close to 700,000 bushels of storage. Follow along with updates from Eau Claire throughout the spring and summer. The project is expected to be complete in time for fall harvest.
